I have stated to many people that the … cost of the program was the best I’ve ever spent in my career. Coming from me that is a HUGE statement (as I am known as a penny pincher), and everyone I say that to is blown away and asking why was that the best money I ever spent. I tell them because you taught me the Denver market, introduced me to a contractor “control” system, and ethical contractors, and gave me confidence to proceed in areas (construction) that were holding me back. As a result, I purchased 5 properties…and am under contract on five more …(so far!). I would not have taken action on those properties because of lack of confidence/information/skills if it weren’t for FMP.
